摘要 针对闭环控制齿轮传动系统传递误差较大,传统方法稳定性较差的问题,提出基于闭环控制的齿轮传递误差控制方法。首先分析当量啮合传递误差,计算安装和制造误差,并据此计算单个齿轮传递误差;然后在此基础上计算同步传递误差,通过传动比将齿轮副误差转化到最后一个齿轮上,获取传递误差;最后采用位置环PID控制方法计算齿轮传递位置控制量,降低误差。实验结果表明,闭环齿轮传动系统中齿轮传递误差随时间呈周期性变化,经位置环PID控制方法控制后,同步传递误差降低到98.69%,各个齿轮齿面偏差变化较均匀,说明该方法行之有效。 In view of the large transmission error of the closed-loop control gear transmission system and the poor stability of the traditional control method,it presents a transmission error control method based on the closed-loop control.First,it analyzes the equivalent meshing transmission error,calculates the installation error and the manufacturing error and the transmission error of a single gear accordingly.Then,it calculates the synchronous transmission error,synthesizes the transmission error of a single gear engaged with each other and obtains the error of a pair of gear pairs,converts the transmission error of the gear pair to the last gear through the transmission ratio and obtains the transmission error of the closed-loop transmission system.It uses the PID control method of position loop to calculate the position control quantity of gear transmission,adjusts the initial phase of gear and reduces the transmission error of gear.The experimental results show that the transmission error of the closed-loop gear transmission system changes periodically with time.Controlling with the position loop PID control method,the synchronous transmission error is reduced by 98.69%,and the variation of the tooth surface deviation of each gear is relatively uniform,which shows that the method can effectively control the transmission error of the gear and has good stability.
