消癌平注射剂联合XELOX方案化疗对Ⅲ~Ⅳ期胃癌患者免疫功能及KPS评分的影响

Effect of Xiaoaiping injection combined with XELOX chemotherapy on immune function and KPS score in patients with stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ gastric cancer

目的探讨消癌平注射剂联合奥沙利铂+卡培他滨(XELOX)方案化疗对Ⅲ~Ⅳ期胃癌患者免疫功能及卡氏(KPS)评分的影响。方法选取80例某院Ⅲ~Ⅳ期胃癌患者(2018年1月~2019年1月),依照治疗方案不同分为研究组(n=40)和常规组(n=40)。研究组采用消癌平注射剂+XELOX方案治疗,常规组予以XELOX方案治疗。比较两组疾病控制率及治疗前后KPS评分、免疫功能[血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)]水平。结果两组疾病控制率比较,研究组92.50%高于常规组72.50%(P<0.05);治疗后研究组KPS评分、血清IgA、IgM、IgG水平高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论消癌平注射剂+XELOX方案治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期胃癌患者能控制病情进展,改善免疫功能,提高生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoaiping injection combined with oxaliplatin plus capecitabine(XELOX)chemotherapy on immune function and KPS score in patients with stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ gastric cancer.Methods Eighty patients with stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ gastric cancer in our hospital(January 2018~January 2019)were enrolled and divided into study group(n=40)and routine group(n=40)according to different treatment options.The study group was treated with Xiaoaiping injection+XELOX regimen,and the conventional group was treated with XELOX regimen.The disease control rate and the KPS score and immune function[serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG)]levels were compared between the two groups.Results The control rate of the study groups was 92.50%higher than that of the routine group(72.50%).After treatment,the KPS score,serum IgA,IgM and IgG levels were higher in the study group than in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoaiping injection+XELOX regimen can treat patients with stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ gastric cancer to control disease progression,improve immune function and improve quality of life.
