曲美他嗪缓释片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗对心力衰竭患者血脂的影响

The effect of trimetazidine sustained release tablets and rosuvastatin calcium tablets on serum TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and TG in patients with heart failure

目的探讨心力衰竭患者联合使用曲美他嗪缓释片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗对血清TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、TG的影响。方法选取2018年10月~2019年12月收治的心力衰竭患者60例,随机分成两组,每组30例,对照组进行常规的对症治疗,研究组则利用曲美他嗪缓释片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片进行药物治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果、心功能指标和血脂指标变化情况。结果研究组的治疗效果(90.0%)高于对照组(60.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的心功能中LVEF水平(40.0±5.5)%、LVESV(57.4±7.1)mm、LVEDV(47.1±7.1)mm、6MWT(369.0±48.7)m高于对照组(33.0±4.8)%、(64.3±7.4)mm、(53.5±6.1)mm、(315.4±40.6)m,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的血脂指标TG(1.2±0.3)mmol/L、TC(3.6±0.8)mmol/L、HDL-C(1.4±0.2)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.9±0.5)mmol/L优于对照组(1.4±0.4)mmol/L、(4.4±0.8)mmol/L、(1.2±0.1)mmol/L、(3.4±0.4)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪缓释片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片使用在临床上或可短期改善心力衰竭患者的心功能,同时能优化患者机体内的血脂水平。

Objective To explore the effect of trimetazidine sustained release tablets combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets on serum TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and TG in patients with heart failure.Methods 60 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.The control group received routine symptomatic treatment,while the study group received drug treatment with trimetazidine sustainedrelease tablets combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets.The therapeutic effect,heart function index and blood lipid index of the two groups were observed.Results The total effect rate of the study group was 90.0%,which was higher than that of the control group(60.0%)(P<0.05).The level of LVEF was(40.0±5.5)%in the study group、LVESV(57.4±7.1)mm、LVEDV(47.1±7.1)mm、6MWT(369.0±48.7)m,which were better than those of the control group[(33.0±4.8)%、(64.3±7.4)mm、(53.5±6.1)mm、(315.4±40.6)m](P<0.05).The TG(1.2±0.3)mmol/L,TC(3.6±0.8)mmol/L,HDL-C(1.4±0.2)mmol/L,LDL-C(2.9±0.5)mmol/L of the study group were better than those of the control group[(1.4±0.4)mmol/L(,4.4±0.8)mmol/L(,1.2±0.1)mmol/L(,3.4±0.4)mmol/L](P<0.05).Conclusion The model of trimetazidine sustained release tablets combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets can improve the heart function of patients with heart failure and optimize the blood lipid level of patients.
