洛铂联合放疗治疗局部中晚期鼻咽癌的临床分析

Clinical analysis of lobaplatin one-week regimen versus three-week regimen combined with radiotherapy for local middle and advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的探讨洛铂单周方案对比三周方案联合放疗治疗局部中晚期鼻咽癌患者的近期疗效和不良反应。方法回顾性分析了2016年1月~2019年1月于某院确诊并治疗的局部中晚期鼻咽癌患者80例,所有患者均接受根治剂量的放疗联合同期单药洛铂化疗,其中40例为洛铂单周同期化疗,40例为洛铂三周同期化疗。比较两组患者近期治疗疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果单周组及三周组治疗有效率均为100%,胃肠反应发生率分别为17.5%和55%,白细胞减少发生率分别57.5%为和82.5%,血小板减少发生率分别为37.5%和62.5%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部中晚期鼻咽癌患者单周洛铂同期化疗与三周同期洛铂化疗相比,疗效无显著差异,不良反应均可耐受,单周组较三周组不良反应更少。

Objective To explore the short-term efficacy and adverse reactions of lobaplatin one-week regimen versus three-week regimen combined with radiotherapy for local middle and advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on 80 patients with local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019.All patients received radical dose radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy with loplatin alone,among which 40 patients received single-week concurrent chemotherapy with loplatin,and 40 patients received three-week concurrent chemotherapy with loplatin.The short-term therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic efficiency of the mono-week group and the three-week group was 100%,the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction was 17.5%and 55%,the incidence of leukopenia was 57.5%and 82.5%,and the incidence of thrombocytopenia was 37.5%and 62.5%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In local patients with middle and advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma,there was no significant difference in the efficacy of single-week lobaplatin chemotherapy compared with 3-week lobaplatin chemotherapy,and adverse reactions were tolerable.The single-week group had fewer adverse reactions than the 3-week group.
