调神健脾针法治疗面部寻常痤疮患者的疗效研究

Clinical study on the treatment of facial acne vulgaris with the method of regulating spirit and invigorating spleen

目的探讨调神健脾针法治疗面部寻常性痤疮患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月~2019年9月期间治疗的面部寻常性痤疮患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予口服异维A酸软胶囊治疗,观察组给予调神健脾针法治疗,比较两组治疗前后粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节的皮损数量及临床疗效情况。结果①治疗4周后,两组皮损积分与治疗前比均显著降低(P<0.05);②观察组治疗后皮损积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);③观察组总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组94.00%(P<0.05)。结论调神健脾针法可显著改善面部寻常性痤疮患者丘疹、脓疱、结节等皮损症状,临床治疗效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy of regulating spirit and invigorating spleen on facial acne vulgaris.Methods 100 patients with facial acne vulgaris treated in our hospital from January 2019 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each one.The control group were treated with oral isotretinoin capsule,while observation group were treated with acupuncture therapy of regulating spirit and invigorating spleen.The changes of acne,papules,pustules,nodules,GAGS total score and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment.Results①After treatment,the total scores of papules,pus,nodules and GAGS were significantly reduced in the two groups(P<0.05).②The total scores of papules,pus,nodules and GAGS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control grou(p P<0.05).③The total effective rate was 100.00%in the observation group,significantly higher than that of the control group(94.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture therapy of regulating spirit and invigorating spleen can significantly improve the skin lesions such as papules,pustules and nodules in patients with facial acne vulgaris.The clinical effect is remarkable and it is worth popularizing and applying.
