摘要
通过分析海则滩选煤厂原煤煤质特征及产品用途,介绍了海则滩选煤厂设计过程中的分选粒级和选煤方法的选择依据,确定了80~13 mm块煤采用浅槽重介分选机分选,系统预留有13~6 mm的分选处理能力,<6 mm末煤暂不分选,同时预留末煤分选的可能性,煤泥采用压滤机回收的工艺流程。
The paper starts with an analysis of the property of the raw coal treated by Haizetan Plant and the use of the clean products by targeted users, and then goes to introduce the basis for selection of washing schemes and the feed size range for each washing process. The plant is designed to treat the 80~13 mm coarse coal using the heavy medium shallow-bath separator. The system has the reserved capacity to treat the 13~6 mm small coal. The <6 mm finer coal is left untreated for the time being yet the capacity is kept in reserve for its treatment when needed. The coal slime is recovered by filter press.
