气膜结构封闭式储煤场在吕梁选煤厂的应用

Application of the closed coal stockyard of gas film structure at Lyuliang Coal Preparation Plant

为解决产品仓缓存能力不足的问题,吕梁选煤厂在煤场封闭改造中采用了气膜结构封闭式储煤场,并对传统钢结构式和气膜式建筑结构进行了对比分析。应用结果表明,气膜结构封闭式储煤场具有施工周期短、投资成本低、运行环保智能等特点,在煤炭行业应用前景广阔。

In order to tackle the problem regarding the insufficiency of the capacity of the product surge bunker, Lyuliang Coal Proparation Plant selects the gas film structure in renavation of the esisting coal stockyard based on result of comparison between 2 kinds of coal yards with respectively structural steel structure and gas film structure. Practice shows that the closed gas film yard offers the merits of being short in construction period, low in initial capital cost, intelligent and environmentally-friendly. It warrants application in coal related sector.
