摘要 为解决在选煤厂非标准件设计过程中效率低、修改图纸繁琐、视图表达不够直观等问题,在传统CAD制图的基础上,应用三维参数化软件对选煤厂非标准件设计的相关问题开展了三维参数化设计的研究。结果表明:三维软件在选煤厂非标准件的图纸表达、工程数值计算、BIM软件兼容和效果图渲染等各方面,均有较好的辅助作用。 Low efficiency, troublesome and tedious drawing revision work and inadequacy in intuitional image representation are the problems generally encountered in the design of non-standard equipment of coal preparation plant. To address the problems, it is proposed based on study result to realize 3D parametrized design of such equipment on the basis of the traditional CAD drafting method. Study result shows 3D software can perform a very good supplementary function in the aspects like representation of drawings, making numeric calculation in engineering work, compatibility with IBM and rendering of effect drawings or images.
