“调任通督针刺法”联合通元针法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的疗效及对FSH、LH、E2和T水平影响

Effect of Tiaoren Tongdu Acupuncture Combined with Tongyuan Needling on Levels of FSH,LH,E2 and T in Treating Infertility due to PCOS

目的:探讨“调任通督针刺法”联合通元针法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的疗效及对FSH、LH、E2和T水平影响。方法:选取我院收治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者85例,按照随机分配原则分为对照组(43例)与治疗组(42例)。对照组给予通元针法,治疗组在对照组基础上给予“调任通督针刺法”,对比治疗后的临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度、卵泡发育和排卵情况、临床妊娠率和生化妊娠率、胰岛素抵抗指数及FSH、LH、E2和T水平。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率较高(P<0.05);治疗组患者成熟卵泡排卵、子宫内膜厚度改善情况及卵泡发育改善发生率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者临床妊娠率和生化妊娠率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者胰岛素抵抗指数均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低程度较大(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后FSH、LH、E2和T水平显著降低(P<0.05);且治疗组降低程度较大(P<0.05)。结论:采用“调任通督针刺法”联合通元针法治疗PCOS不孕症具有较好的临床疗效,能够降低FSH、LH、E2和T水平,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tiaoren Tongdu acupuncture combined with Tongyuan needling on levels of FSH,LH,E2 and T in treating infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:85 infertile patients with PCOS were randomly divided into the control group(n=43)and the treatment group(n=42).The control group was treated with Tongyuan needling;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Tiaoren Tongdu acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,follicular development and ovulation,clinical pregnancy rate and biochemical pregnancy rate,insulin resistance index,as well as the levels of FSH,LH,E2 and T were compared in the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvements of mature follicular ovulation,endometrial thickness and follicular development were more significantly in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate and biochemical pregnancy rate were significantly higher in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The insulin resistance indexes were significantly reduced in the two groups(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction was greater in the treatment group(P<0.05).The levels of FSH,LH,E2 and T were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),of which the decreases were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Tiaoren Tongdu acupuncture and Tongyuan needling has a good clinical effect in the treatment of PCOS infertility.The therapy can reduce the levels of FSH,LH,E2 and T,which is worthy of clinical application.
