鼻三针联合腹针治疗肺虚感寒型过敏性鼻炎的疗效及对IgE抗体水平影响

Effect of Nasal Three-Needling Combined with Abdominal Acupuncture on IgE Antibody Level in Treating AR of Lung Deficiency and Cold Contraction

目的:探讨鼻三针联合腹针治疗肺虚感寒型过敏性鼻炎的疗效及对IgE抗体水平影响。方法:选取我院收治的肺虚感寒型过敏性鼻炎患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组给予腹针疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上给予鼻三针治疗,对比治疗后的临床疗效、TNSS评分、TNNSS评分和RQLQ评分及LTD4、HIS和IgE抗体水平。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后TNSS评分、TNNSS评分和RQLQ评分显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低较多(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后LTD4、HIS和IgE抗体水平显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低程度较明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用鼻三针联合腹针治疗肺虚感寒型过敏性鼻炎具有较好的治疗效果,能够降低IgE抗体水平,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nasal three-needling combined with abdominal acupuncture on IgE antibody level in treating allergic rhinitis(AR)of lung deficiency and cold contraction.Methods:78 patients with AR of Lung deficiency and cold contraction were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with abdominal acupuncture;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with nasal three-needling.The clinical efficacy,the scores of TNSS,TNNSS and RQLQ,the levels of LTD4,HIS and IgE antibody were compared after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TNSS,TNNSS and RQLQ were significantly decreased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05);of which the decreases were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The levels of LTD4,HIS and IgE antibody were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the decreases in the treatment group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal three-needling combined with abdominal acupuncture has good therapeutic effect on AR of Lung deficiency and cold contraction.The therapy can reduce the level of IgE antibody,which is worthy of clinical application.
