电针对2型糖尿病肥胖大鼠血糖、血脂、瘦素含量的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Electro-Acupuncture on Levels of Blood Glucose,Lipids and Leptin in Rats with Type 2 DM

摘要 目的:观察电针对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂、瘦素水平的影响,从而探讨电针治疗2型糖尿病的可能机制。方法:采用自发性2型糖尿病肥胖大鼠作为研究对象。将成模后的14只ZDF大鼠随机分为模型组、电针组,每组各7只;另将7只ZL大鼠设立为对照组。治疗共4周,每周末检测空腹血糖(FBG)和体质量。4周后取血清,以放射免疫法检测甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平、极低密度脂蛋白(vLDL-C)等血脂指标;观察血清瘦素(LEP)水平。结果:与对照组相比,模型组各项血糖、血脂、瘦素水平均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组相比,电针组血糖、血脂、瘦素水平均下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与模型组相比,电针组总胆固醇水平显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针可控制肥胖大鼠体重,降低2型糖尿病肥胖大鼠空腹血糖、血清血脂和瘦素水平。 Objective:To observe the effects of electro-acupuncture on the levels of blood glucose,blood lipids and leptin in rats with Type II diabetes mellitus(DM),and to explore the possible mechanism of electro-acupuncture in treating type 2 DM.Methods:The rats with spontaneous Type 2 DM were used for the study.14 ZDF rats were randomly divided into the model group(n=7)and the electro-acupuncture group(n=7).Another 7 ZL rats were taken as the blank control.After four weeks of treatment,fasting blood glucose(FBG)and body weight were measured every weekend.Serum levels of TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,vLDL-C and Leptin were detected by radioimmunoassay method.Results:Compared to the control group,the levels of blood glucose,blood lipids and leptin were significantly increased in the model group(P<0.05).Compared to the model group,the levels of blood glucose,blood lipids and leptin were decreased in the electro-acupuncture group,but there were no statistical differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The total cholesterol level of the electro-acupuncture group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture can effectively control the body weight of obese rats and reduce the levels of fasting blood glucose,serum lipids and leptin of the rats with Type 2 DM.
