摘要
介绍了采用明挖顺作法施工的杭州地铁9号线御道站块石地区超深地下连续墙施工技术。结合施工实例,介绍了地铁车站超深地下连续墙在富水、软土及块石等不良地质条件下的施工工艺,主要包括块石区槽壁加固技术、超深地下连续墙施工技术和超深地下连续墙施工工序时间控制。目前超深地下连续墙施工作业已顺利完成,检测结果均满足要求。
This paper introduces the construction technology of ultra deep diaphragm wall in the block stone area of Yudao Station of Hangzhou Metro Line 9,which is constructed by the open excavation method.Combined with construction examples,this paper introduces the construction technology of the ultra deep diaphragm wall of the subway station under the unfavorable geological conditions such as rich water,soft soil and block stone,mainly including the reinforcement technology of the trench wall in the block stone area,the construction technology of the ultra deep diaphragm wall and the construction process time control of the ultra deep diaphragm wall.At present,the construction of ultra deep diaphragm wall has been successfully completed,and the test results meet the requirements.
