摘要
输变电工程中常采用钻孔灌注桩基础,但普通泥浆护壁钻孔灌注桩存在施工工艺繁杂、桩体混凝土质量及承载力稳定性差、泥浆护壁产生环境污染等缺点。通过对螺旋钻孔压灌桩这一新技术的施工工艺、质量评价方法、设计计算等方面进行总结,提出地聚合物高强度混凝土材料和螺旋钻孔压灌桩工艺结合的技术,并对该技术在输变电工程中的应用进行展望。
Bored cast-in-place piles are often used in power transmission projects.However,common bored cast-in-place piles with mud wall protection had some shortcomings,such as complicated construction procedure,poor quality of concrete,low bearing capacity,and pollution caused by mud wall protection.In this paper,the construction technology,quality evaluation method and design calculation of the new technology of continuous flight auger pile were summarized.In addition,this technology combining geopolymer high strength concrete material was proposed,and the application of this technology in power transmission projects was prospected.
