摘要
刀盘卡停是盾构在富水、富大漂石砂卵石地层中掘进时频繁发生的施工难题。解决卡停,使刀盘复转的各种措施不仅会增加施工费用,造成经济损失,而且处置不当还会严重影响施工进度和延误工期。依托某盾构隧道工程,针对多次遇到的盾构刀盘卡停问题,通过对刀盘扭矩的力学模型和各相关参数对扭矩影响的分析,揭示了刀盘卡停原因和机理,以实际工程为背景提出了不同情况下脱困处置对策和卡停预防措施,并取得显著的效果。
The cutterhead stop is a construction problem that frequently occurs when the shield tunnels in the rich water and rich pebble sand gravel stratum.The various measures to solve the card stop and make the cutter head revert will not only increase the construction cost,but also cause economic losses.Improper disposal will seriously affect the construction progress and delay of construction period.This paper relies on a project,for the collision of the shield cutters that have been encountered many times,analysis of the influence of torque on the mechanical model of the cutter head torque and related parameters,reveal the cause and mechanism of the cutter disc stop.Based on the actual engineering background,the countermeasures for removing the difficulties and the preventive measures for card stop under different circumstances were put forward,and remarkable results were obtained.
