网络走私武器弹药犯罪主要通过互联网进行,它已成为威胁社会稳定和国家安全的主要犯罪形式之一。网络走私进境的枪支和弹药,不仅用于个人收藏,更与涉黑涉暴和恐怖活动相关。从相关概念的解释和分析入手,通过数据提出此种犯罪的特点,进而针对此类犯罪案件的传统侦查模式存在的问题提出相应的解决对策及防范策略。

Cyber smuggling of weapons and ammunition is mainly carried out through the Internet. It has become one of the major forms of crime threatening social stability and national security. Guns and ammunition smuggled into the country via the Internet are not only used for personal collection,but also related to violence and terrorism. Starting with the explanation and analysis of related concepts,this paper presents the characteristics of such crimes through data,and then proposes corresponding countermeasures and prevention strategies for the problems in the traditional investigation mode of such crimes.
