Problems and Countermeasures of Railway Police Fire Supervision

铁路公安做为铁路消防监督机关,其监督执法水平决定着铁路消防安全水平。基于此,在对铁路公安消防监督模式进行分析后,针对铁路消防监督存在的问题以及改革的方向,提出了包括编制和人才管理、消防管理国家标准、消防监督执法模式在内的消防监督体制改革,希望对我国铁路公安消防监督执法建设提供有益参考。

As the railway fire supervision authority,the railway police,the level of supervision and law enforcement determines the railway fire safety level. In order to provide a useful reference for the construction of fire police supervision and law enforcement in China,this paper analyzes the fire supervision mode of the railway police,and puts forward the reform of the fire supervision system including the establishment and personnel management,national standards for fire management,and the mode of fire supervision and law enforcement.
