摘要
目前在大学教育中难以实现教学相长,其原因在于:现行的教学评价体系更多关注"评教",忽视学生在教学评价体系中的主体作用;大学生依然存在中学时期学习方式的路径依赖,缺乏自主学习、自主思考的能力,对教师所教授课程难以做到有效回应;学生的就业压力导致学生无力进行自主学习等。要解决上述问题,应改革教学评价体系,实行以教定学,并通过改革教学方式影响学生的学习方式,进而由知转能,努力提高学生的就业能力水平,最终实现教学相长,彼此成就。
At present,it is difficult to achieve teaching while learning in university education. The reason is that the current teaching evaluation system pays more attention to"teaching evaluation"and ignores the main role of students. College students still have the path dependence of learning style in middle school,and lack the ability of independent learning and independent thinking,so it is difficult for them to respond effectively to the courses taught by teachers;the employment pressure of students makes them unable to carry out independent learning. To solve the above-mentioned problems,it is necessary to reform the teaching evaluation system,implement the teaching method to determine learning,and influence students’ learning method through the reform of teaching method,so as to improve students’ employability and to ultimately achieve teaching while learning.
