摘要 为探索双面叠合剪力墙在超高层建筑中的应用,以深圳长圳公共住房及附属工程项目中103m超高层住宅为研究对象,采用振型分解反应谱法结合弹性时程分析与弹塑性时程分析法,对结构进行整体分析,对双面叠合剪力墙的平面外承载力、剪压比进行验算,同时对弱连接处楼板承载力进行专项分析,并提出加强措施,最终验证双面叠合剪力墙在超高层建筑中应用的可行性。 In order to explore the application of double-sided superposed concrete shear wall in super high-rise buildings,this paper took a 103-meter high-rise residential building as the research object,and adopts the method of mode decomposition reaction spectrum method combined with elastic time history analysis and elastoplastic time history analysis,the overall analysis was carried out. The out-of-plan bearing capacity of the double-sided superposed shear wall and the shear pressure ratio of the doublesided superposed shear wall were specially checked. At the same time,a special analysis was carried out on the bearing capacity of the weakly connected floor and proposed. After strengthening measures,the feasibility of double-sided superposed concrete shear wall in super high-rise buildings was finally verified.
