血清糖类抗原125在心力衰竭与肺炎患者中的结果分析

Results analysis of serum CA125 in patients with heart failure and pneumonia

目的探讨血清糖类抗原125(CA125)在不同分级的心力衰竭(CHF)患者、肺炎患者的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年1~12月在杨浦区中心首次确诊为CHF、肺炎、卵巢肿瘤的患者分别318例、246例、123例,CHF患者中心功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ级76例,心功能Ⅲ级175例,心功能Ⅳ级67例。同时选取同期健康体检患者标本78例(对照组)。分别检测CA125、氨基末端利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白介素6(IL-6)水平。结果CHF组CA125、NT-ProBNP水平均高于对照组(P<0.01);且CA125、NT-ProBNP的检测结果显示,心功能不同分级时,CA125、NT-ProBNP的检测结果的均值也呈现阶梯型变化的。肺炎组CA125、CRP、PCT、IL-6水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CHF患者中心功能Ⅲ-Ⅳ级、肺炎及卵巢肿瘤患者的CA125结果与健康对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CHF患者和肺炎患者血清CA125均有不同程度的升高,且与病情的进展有一定相关性,监测CA125的浓度有助于对CHF和肺炎患者的病情了解、治疗和预后监控。

Objective To explore the clinical value of serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in patients with different grades of heart failure and pneumonia.Methods We selected 318 patients with heart failure,246 patients with pneumonia and 123 patients with ovarian tumors from January 2018 to December 2018 in our hospital.Among heart failure patients,76 were cardiac functionⅠ~Ⅱgrade,175 were cardiac functionⅢgrade and 67 were cardiac function grade IV.Meanwhile,78 healthy subjects were selected randomly as control group.Levels of CA125,NT-probnp,CRP,PCT and IL-6 were detected.Results The levels of CA125 and NT-probnp were higher in the heart failure group compared with the control group,and positively correlated with cardiac function grading.The levels of CA125,CRP,PCT and Il-6 in the pneumonia group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Results of CA125 in patients with heart failure with gradeⅢ-Ⅳcentral function,patients with pneumonia and patients with ovarian tumors were statistically different from those in healthy controls.Conclusion Serum CA125 is increased in patients with heart failure and pneumonia to varying degrees,and is positively proportional to the progression of the disease.CA125 is helpful in disease condition understanding,treatment and prognosis monitoring for patients with heart failure and pneumonia.
