摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素22(Interleukin 22,IL-22)和干扰素γ(Interferonγ,IFN-γ)在持续性变应性鼻炎(persistent allergic rhinitis,PAR)患者中的临床意义。方法2018年1月至2019年6月于北京市顺义区医院就诊的62例PAR患者(PAR组),同期50例健康体检者(对照组),比较两组的IL-22和IFN-γ水平。根据变应性鼻炎症状评分将PAR患者分为0~2分组(n=16),3~4分组(n=28)和≥5分组(n=18),比较不同疾病严重程度PAR患者IL-22和IFN-γ水平。比较PAR患者治疗前和治疗后3个月时的IL-22和IFN-γ水平。结果与对照组相比,PAR组IL-22水平升高,IFN-γ水平降低(P<0.05)。随着疾病严重程度加重,患者IL-22水平升高,IFN-γ水平降低(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后PAR患者IL-22水平降低,IFN-γ水平升高(P<0.05)。结论PAR患者存在高水平IL-22和低水平IFN-γ,且与疾病严重程度可能相关,并随着疾病好转而改善,动态监测上述指标变化可在一定程度上为PAR的病情严重程度和疗效评估提供参考意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum interleukin 22(IL-22)and interferonγ(IFN-γ)in patients with persistent allergic rhinitis(PAR).Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,62 PAR patients(PAR group)and 50 healthy people(control group)were collected in Shunyi District Hospital of Beijing.Serum IL-22 and IFN-γlevels of the two groups were compared.According to the score of allergic rhinitis symptoms,the PAR patients were further divided into 0~2 group(n=16),3~4 group(n=28)and≥5 group(n=18).Serum IL-22 and IFN-γlevels of PAR patients with different disease severity were compared.Finally,levels of IL-22 and IFN-γin PAR patients before and after 3 months of treatment were compared.Results In comparison with the control group,the PAR group had higher level of IL-22 and lower level of IFN-γ(both P<0.05).With the aggravation of the disease,level of IL-22 was increased while level of IFN-γwas decreased(all P<0.05).In comparison with those before treatment,level of IL-22 was decreased while level of IFN-γwas increased after treatment in PAR patients(both P<0.05).Conclusion There are high levels of IL-22 and low levels of IFN-γin PAR patients,which are closely related to the severity of the disease.It could be improved as the disease improves.Monitoring those indicators dynamically can provide reference significantly for evaluation of the severity of the disease and curative efficacy in PAR patients to a certain extent.
