探讨附耳分型及其伴发外耳畸形的整复重建

Investigation of classification of the accessory ear and reconstruction of external ear malformation

目的探讨附耳的分型及不同类型附耳切除后,伴发外耳畸形的整复重建方法,分析讨论新旧方法的并发症及患者满意度。方法将采用单纯切除法、皮瓣"z"成型法、附耳残余组织耳屏成形法、"M"形皮瓣法等单个或联合应用修复的100例附耳患者设为试验组,将采用传统术式的100例患者设为对照组,比较两组临床效果。结果试验组与对照组术后并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后患者对形态的满意度,尤其是是复杂型附耳的整复重建实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合修复术式对附耳切除后外耳畸形的整复效果优于传统方法,此方法重建出的外耳外观更加符合正常生理形态,患者满意度更高。

Objective To investigate the classification of the accessory ear and the reconstruction methods of external ear malformation after different types of appendage resection,and to analyze and discuss the complications and satisfaction of new and old methods.Methods A total of 100 patients with accessory ear repaired by single or combined application such as simple excision method,"Z"forming method of skin flap,tragus forming method of residual tissue of appendage,and"M"flap method were set as experimental group,and 100 patients with traditional operation were set as control group.The results of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The satisfaction of the patients with the morphology was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined repair method is better than the traditional method for the reconstruction of the external ear malformation after appendage resection.The external ear appearance reconstructed by this method is more consistent with the normal physiological morphology.Patients’satisfaction is higher.
