公共服务流程优化是政务服务中心建设和发展的重要内容,其目的是为提高公共服务质量和效率,降低行政成本。目前,在推进“互联网+政务服务”的背景下,政务服务中心流程的优化更为必要与紧迫。长沙市政务服务中心的建设取得了较大的成效,其公共服务流程优化工作在全国同级地市政府中处于比较领先的地位,但仍存在一些具有普遍性的不足,针对这些不足,提出进一步优化政务服务中心公共服务流程的对策建议。

The optimization of public service processes has always been an important part of the construction and development of government service centers,and its purpose is to improve the quality and efficiency of public services and reduce administrative costs.At present,in the context of promoting"Internet+government service",the optimization of service process of the government service centers is even more necessary and urgent.The construction of Changsha Municipal Service Center has achieved great results.Its public service process optimization work is in a leading position among the municipal governments at the same level in the country,but there are still some general deficiencies.For these problems,further optimization suggestions on countermeasures for the public service process of the government service centers should be proposed.
