工程项目招投标多利益主体合谋行为倾向影响因素研究 被引量:8

摘要 在工程项目的招投标过程中,因多种因素导致合谋行为屡禁不止。为探究工程项目招投标多利益主体合谋行为倾向影响因素和影响机理,构建合谋行为倾向影响因素概念模型,采用面向工程项目招投标涉及到的各利益主体的问卷调研数据,运用结构方程模型、逐层回归分析进行路径检验。实证研究发现:风险偏好、竞争压力对合谋行为倾向具有显著正向影响,信息对称程度和道德观念对合谋行为倾向具有负向影响,其中竞争压力通过风险倾向对合谋行为倾向有中介作用,而外部环境在道德观念与合谋行为倾向关系中有正向调节作用。 In the bidding process of engineering projects,collusion behaviors have been repeatedly banned due to various factors.In order to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of collusion behaviors inclination(CI),based on the questionnaire survey data from Multi-stakeholders in project bidding,this study conducts an influencing mechanism model which contains several factors by using the methods of SEM and regression.Empirical research shows that the risk preference(RP)and competitive pressure(CP)have a significant positive correlation with CI while information symmetry(IS)and moral views(MV)have a negative effect on CI,the CP plays a mediator role in the relationship between the RP and CI,and the environment plays positive moderating role between the MV and CI.
