摘要
奥林匹克运动的宗旨是通过开展与奥林匹克主义内涵相一致的体育活动来教育青少年,《奥林匹克2020议程》将奥林匹克教育作为重要议题纳入新的改革路线图中。加拿大奥委会开展的奥林匹克教育走在了世界前列。对2010年温哥华冬奥会背景下加拿大奥委会开展的奥林匹克教育活动进行深入分析,以从中总结经验和寻找启示,为北京2022年冬奥会奥林匹克教育活动开展提供借鉴。加拿大奥委会开展的奥林匹克教育活动主要包括:1个交互式课堂、1个特色主题教育活动和1个互联网线上奥林匹克课程图书馆。该活动具有如下特点:1)参与主体形成了双中心多辅助的网络结构;2)参与客体以中小学生为主,并进行多层次分级教学;3)教育目标是传播奥林匹克理念;4)教学内容是以冬奥会为背景的运动教育模式;5)教学手段是知识性与参与性融合并重。由此得到启示:奥林匹克教育项目建立长效机制;奥林匹克课程资源与中小学体育课程结合;奥林匹克教学资源传播载体具有可获得性;奥林匹克教育实施效果进行评估。
The purpose of the Olympic movement is to educate young people through sports activities consistent with the connotation of Olympism. The Olympic 2020 agenda takes Olympic education as an important issue to be included in the new reform roadmap. The Olympic education carried out by the Canadian Olympic Committee is at the forefront of the world. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the Olympic education activities carried out by the Canadian Olympic Committee in the context of the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games, in order to sum up the experience and find inspiration, and provide reference for the development of the Olympic education activities of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games. The Olympic education activities carried out by the Canadian Olympic Committee mainly include: one interactive classroom, one characteristic theme education activity and one online Olympic course library. This activity has the following characteristics: 1) the participants form a network structure of two centers and many AIDS;2) the participants are mainly primary and secondary school students, and carry out multi-level teaching;3) the education goal is to spread the Olympic concept;4) the teaching content is the sports education mode with the Winter Olympic Games as the background;5) the teaching means is the integration of knowledge and participation. From this, we can get the following enlightenments: the establishment of long-term mechanism for Olympic education projects;the combination of Olympic curriculum resources and physical education courses in primary and secondary schools;the availability of Olympic teaching resources communication carrier;and the evaluation of the implementation effect of Olympic education.
