基于“编码与解码”理论对武术跨文化传播助力“一带一路”建设的解读

Interpretation of the Cross-cultural Communication of Wushu Contributing to the “Belt & Road”Construction Based on the Theory of the Encoding & Decoding

从"编码与解码"理论与"二度编码"理论视角,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,分析武术跨文化传播的障碍,认为需消除武术在"一带一路"沿线国家跨文化传播的障碍:1)对"一带一路"沿线国家的文化背景进行解读;2)解决传播主体编码的现实难题;3)化解受众解码与"二度解码"的困境。由此得出启示:强化武术跨文化传播主体的"编码"意识;建立武术"二度编码"的专业性社会组织;培养专业武术"二度编码人"。

Through literature review and logical analysis and from the perspective of encoding & decoding and re-encoding, this paper makes an analysis on the dilemma of the cross-cultural communication of Wushu. It is believed that to break down the barriers to the cross-cultural communication of Wushu in the"Belt & Road"countries. Firstly, the culture of the"Belt & Road"countries should be interpreted. Secondly, it is necessary to solve the practical problem of the propagation subject coding. Thirdly, the dilemma between the audience decoding and re-decoding should be resolved. Therefore, it is suggested to strengthen the awareness of encoding in the cross-cultural communication, establish a professional organization of re-encoding, and train qualified re-encoders of Wushu.
