东庄水利枢纽工程水生态影响分析及对策

Discussion on impact of Dongzhuang Hydro-junction Project on water ecological environment and countermeasures

泾河中游新建东庄水利枢纽工程将对流域水生态系统产生一定不利影响。在流域水生态现状调查的基础上,结合现状开发活动和工程的特点,分析了工程高坝阻隔和工程水资源配置造成的水文情势改变等对水生态环境的影响。提出了水质保护、保留自然状态的栖息地保护河段、建设过鱼设施、增殖放流和生态调度等措施,以恢复和保护流域水生态环境。

The planned Dongzhuang Hydro-junction project,located in the middle reaches of the Jinghe River,will have certain adverse effects on the water ecological system.On the basis of status survey of the watershed ecosystem,combining with the characteristics of the planned project and the current development activities,the main impacts on the water ecosystem,such as high dam barrier caused by the project and the change of hydrological regime caused by the allocation of water resources are analyzed and some countermeasures,such as protecting the water quality,reserving the natural habitat section,constructing the fish passage facility,marine breeding and releasing and ecological operation,are proposed to restore and protect the water ecosystem of the river basin.
