摘要
选取贵州夹岩水利工程扰动区厚基质喷播和液压喷播2种修复模式边坡,以自然草灌边坡为对照,对生物量碳、氮进行监测并运用Biolog方法分析微生物功能多样性和代谢活性。结果表明:土壤SMBC、SMBN按从大到小排序依次为自然草灌>厚基质喷播>液压喷播;SMBC、SMBN、碳熵、氮熵、AWCD值以及微生物代谢水平在坡位间差异显著,表现出较高的空间异质性。建议根据各人工修复方式在坡面的异质性,做到分坡位精细化设计施工。
By selecting 2 side slopes ecologically restored by thick substrate spraying and hydroseeding in the disturbed area of Jiayan Water Conservancy Project and in comparison with natural grass and shrub slope,we analyzed the soil microbial functional diversity,metabolic activity by monitoring the microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen and using Biolog method.The results show that microbial biomass carbon(SMBC)and nitrogen(SMBN)in descending order of natural grass and shrub slope(T)>thick substrate spraying(C)>hydroseeding(K);SMBC,SMBN,qMBC,qMBN,AWCD and Microbial metabolic level had significant differences according to slope positions,showing high spatial heterogeneity.It is suggested that according to the heterogeneity of the artificial restoration methods on the slope,the fine design and construction should be adopted based on slope position.
