为了保障黑龙江荒沟抽水蓄能电站下水库莲花水电站续建工程的顺利实施,需要依靠前期档案资源,充分发挥其凭证作用和信息价值,使前期建设内容与续建工程实现有效衔接。简要归纳了荒沟电站前期档案的特性,并分析了前期档案在续建工程中的价值和作用。结果表明,前期档案帮助直接节省投资约2400万元,并有效推进了电站施工技术创新。

To ensure the following-up construction of the lower reservoir of Huanggou Pumped Storage Power Station in Heilongjiang Province,Lianhua Reservoir,go smoothly,it is necessary to rely on the early stage archives resources and give full play to its voucher function and information value,so the following-up construction can be effectively connected to the early stage construction.The characteristics of the early stage archives are summarized and their function and values in the following-up construction are analyzed.It is concluded that the early stage archives can help save the investment of 24 million RMB and promote the technical innovation.
