摘要
首先,分析了我国大数据专业建设现状和大数据专业岗位要求及能力要求;其次,研究了新工科的建设内涵,给出了新工科背景下大数据专业人才培养方案;最后,给出了“二四三”大数据专业人才培养途径,即基于“产教融合,协同育人”的“校内外协同、课内外协同”协同培养方式、“四阶递进式”实践教学培养体系和“三个载体”全面提高学生创新创业能力。
Firstly,this paper analyses the current situation of the construction of big data specialty and the job and ability requirements of big data specialty.Then,it studies the connotation of the construction of new engineering education,puts forward an ability training system of big data specialty under the background of new engineering education.Finally,a talents training approach for big data specialty named“243”was introduced,i.e.,“collaboration inside and outside school and in and out of class”training,based on the integration of industry and education and collaborative training system of“four-step progressive”practical teaching,and“three carriers”,so as to comprehensively improve the students’innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.
