摘要 采用传统固相反应法结合磁场成型技术制备高取向的Ba-M型六角铁氧体。结合材料性能利用Ansoft HFSS仿真软件建立自偏置环行器三维电磁场模型,设计Ka波段自偏置环行器。实验结果表明,磁场成型铁氧体材料的取向度为0.7,剩磁比为0.88,各向异性场为18.3 kOe;高的各向异性场有望使材料在毫米波高频器件中得到应用。在56.4 GHz材料铁磁共振线宽为377 Oe,理论分析结果显示,铁磁共振线宽主要来源于气孔致宽。仿真结果表明,在32.9~35.8 GHz频率范围内,自偏置环行器的插入损耗小于0.89 dB,并表现出良好的环行性能。 High orientation Ba-M hexaferrite was prepared by traditional solid phase reaction method and magnetic field forming technology.In combination with the material properties,the 3D electromagnetic field model of the self-biased circulator was established by using Ansoft HFSS simulation software,and the Ka-band self-biased circulator was designed.The experimental results show that ferrite was prepared with texture fraction of 0.7,remanence ratio of 0.88,and the anisotropy field of 18.3 kOe.The high anisotropy field of material is in favour in application for millimeter wave high frequency devices.The ferromagnetic resonance linewidth is 377 Oe at 56.4 GHz,and the results of theoretical analysis indicate that the ferromagnetic resonance linewidth mainly comes from the porosity induced linewidth.The simulation results show that the insertion loss of the self-biased circulator is less than 0.89 dB within the band range of 32.9 to 35.8 GHz,showing good circulatory function.
