Electric power industry is closely related to people's life.With the rapid development of China's economy,people's demand for electricity is gradually increasing,and there are more requirements for quality.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out the fine management of expansion and installation in power enterprises.This paper discusses the fine management of the expansion and installation process of the power industry from the aspects of perfecting the management standard,making scientific assessment system,fine management of each link,and fully meeting the basic needs of the society and users.
