摘要
当前,随着我国城市化建设进程的进一步加快,带动了建筑行业的迅猛发展,与此同时,也使得市场竞争更加激烈。在此背景下,建筑企业如何加强建设项目造价管理,合理配置以及利用有限的资源,在不降低建设标准、质量、规模的基础上,进一步控制建设成本,节约资金,提高企业的经济效益,是当前企业亟待解决的问题。论文主要从全过程造价管理的角度探讨建设项目造价管理控制,分析项目决策、设计、招投标、施工以及竣工阶段造价控制的要点,并提出相应的管理控制措施。
At present,with the further acceleration of China's urbanization process,the rapid development of the construction industry has been driven,and at the same time,the market competition has become more fierce.In this context,how to strengthen the construction project cost management,reasonable allocation and use of limited resources,without reducing the construction standard,quality and scale,further control the construction cost,save funds and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise,is an urgent problem for the enterprise to solve.This paper mainly discusses the construction project cost management and control from the perspective of whole process cost management,analyzes the key points of project decision-making,design,bidding and tendering,construction and completion stage cost control,and puts forward corresponding management and control measures.
