After analyzing the influencing factors of subway construction safety management,this paper studies the safety management measures of subway construction,aiming to timely identify the project influencing factors,carry out the safety management of subway construction in a targeted way,improve the safety awareness of the staff,standardize the operation behavior of the staff,and run the safety management concept through the whole construction,so as to improve the quality of subway construction safety management.
