With the rapid development of China's economy,people pay more and more attention to spiritual culture.There is fierce competition in all fields.Under such circumstances,public institutions in China need to constantly enhance their competitive consciousness and strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization.Therefore,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the management process of political work in public institutions at the present stage,and puts forward the ideas and innovative strategies of developing political work in public institutions.
