基于ECRSI分析法的衡阳烟草专卖内管管理流程重组研究

Research on the Reorganization of the Internal Supervision Management Process of Hengyang Tobacco Monopoly Based on ECRSI Analysis

目前,烟草专卖内管精细化管理存在着许多不稳定因素,内管部门日常监管工作流程急需优化与改善。在这一现状下,论文基于ECRSI分析法对衡阳市烟草专卖内管工作流程进行了流程重组,针对原有问题进行了改善,并建立了新的日常监管工作流程,为内管部门提供了技术上的支持。

At present,there are many unstable factors in the fine management of tobacco monopoly internal supervision management,and the daily supervision work process of the internal management department needs to be optimized and improved urgently.Under this circumstance,this paper reorganizes the work process of Hengyang Tobacco Monopoly internal supervision management based on the ECRSI analysis method,improves the original problems,and establishes a new daily supervision work flow,which can provide technology support for the internal supervision management department.
