广东省新型冠状病毒感染疫情期助产医疗机构防控措施和医疗资源现状分析

Analysis on prevention and control measures and medical resources of obstetrical hospital during the epi⁃demic period of COVID⁃19 in Guangdong Province

目的描述和分析新型冠状病毒流行期间,我省各级助产医疗机构疫情防控措施和医疗资源情况。方法采用网络问卷调查的方式,收集广东省疫情期间各助产医疗机构防控措施和医疗资源现状。结果本次共调查了294间助产医疗机构,有293间机构成立了新冠病毒防治领导小组和制订疫情防控工作方案,278间助产医疗机构有足够的医务人员提供疫情防控和正常诊疗工作,233间助产医疗机构开通疫情咨询免费专线。所有助产医疗机构均已加强孕产妇收入院管理和住院管理及医务人员疫情防控培训工作。发热门诊配备率为87.8%,医疗防护物资均不缺乏的助产医疗机构仅占13.6%。助产医疗机构产科就诊人次、产检率及随访率大幅下降,有186间开展了线上医疗服务。结论广东省各助产机构需要继续加强落实疫情防控措施,制订孕产妇诊疗流程和应急预案;充分利用互联网医疗资源开展线上诊疗服务,满足普通孕产妇孕期保健需要;需时刻做好管理妊娠合并COVID⁃19孕妇的准备,并做好医护人员的自我防护。

Objective To describe and analyse the prevention and control measures and the medical resources of obstetrical hospital for COVID⁃19 in guangdong province.Methods The network questionnaire survey was used to collect the prevention and control measures and medical resources of obstetrical hospital in guangdong province during the epidemic of COVID⁃19.Results A total of 294 obstetrical hospitals were surveyed,293 established leading groups for the prevention and treatment of COVID⁃19 and formulated work plans.278 obstetrical hospitals had enough doctors and nurses to provide epidemic prevention and control and normal diagno⁃sis and treatment,and 233 obstetrical hospitals opened free hotline for epidemic consultation.All obstetrical hospi⁃tals have strengthened the management of the pregnant woman and all doctors and nurses have completed training about the prevention and control of COVID⁃19.87.8%of obstetrical hospitals are equipped with fever clinics,and only 13.6%of obstetrical hospitals had no shortage of medical protective materials.The outpatient rate,antenatal care rate and follow⁃up rate of obstetrical hospital decreased significantly,and 186 of them provided online medical services.Conclusion All obstetrical hospitals in guangdong need to continue to strengthen the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures,the formulation of maternal medical procedures and emergency plans.Online medical services should be used to carry out to meet the health needs of ordinary pregnant women.Obstetrical hospitals also should prepare for the management of pregnancy with COVID⁃19 pregnant women at all times,and do the health care doctors and nurses self⁃protection.
