摘要
以邻氯苯酚(oCP)为解偶联剂,用光谱技术探究oCP与活性污泥溶解性微生物产物(SMP)之间的相互作用机制。结果表明,oCP主要与SMP中的色氨酸类蛋白发生作用,形成络合物。
O-chlorophenol(oCP)was used as a typical uncoupler and the interaction between oCP and soluble microbial products(SMP)were investigated by a series of spectral methods.The results showed that oCP mainly interacted with tryptophan proteins in SMP.The addition of oCP changed the microenvironment of aromatic amino acid residues in SMP to form complexes.
