Effect of plasma source on electrochemical performance of carbon fiber

摘要 工业残次碳纤维经过酸去除表面污染物,随后经过低压高温等离子源处理碳纤维表面得到了改性后的碳粉。利用扫描电镜和红外光谱来观察碳粉表面及自由基的变化,考察了不同的等离子体源对碳粉的电化学性能影响。结果表明,不同等离子源对电化学性能有着不同程度的提高;在900℃,CO等离子体处理2 h,制得的改性碳粉在KOH电解液中电化学性能比未经等离子体处理的比电容要提升8.3倍。 The industrial carbon fiber is acid-removed to remove surface contaminants,and then the modified carbon powder is obtained by treating the surface of the carbon fiber with a low-pressure high-temperature plasma.Scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy were used to observe the change of carbon powder modified surface and free radical.The effects of different plasma sources on the electrochemical performance of carbon powder were investigated.The results show that different plasma sources have different electrochemical performances.At 900℃,CO plasma treatment for 2 h,the electrochemical properties of the modified carbon powder in KOH electrolyte are better than those without plasma treatment.Its specific capacitance is increased by 8.3 times.
