复合催化剂MoO3 -MgO/ZrO2催化水解氟利昂 被引量:8

Hydrolysis of Freon catalyzed by MoO3-MgO/ZrO2 composite catalyst

摘要 采用共沉淀过饱和浸渍法制备复合催化剂MoO 3-MgO/ZrO 2。对催化剂进行了SEM、EDS、XRD表征。同时考察了催化剂的最佳制备条件以及催化水解温度对氟利昂(CFC-12)降解率的影响。结果表明,催化剂最佳制备条件为:浸渍温度40℃,浸渍浓度0.25 mol/L,浸渍时间6 h,焙烧温度400℃,焙烧时间3 h。且当水解温度为350℃时,氟利昂的降解率达到最大,为98.43%。 MoO3-MgO/ZrO2 composite catalyst was prepared by co-precipitated and supersaturated impregnation.The catalysts were characterized by SEM,EDS and XRD.The optimum preparation conditions of the catalyst and the effect of hydrolysis temperature on the degradation rate of CFC-12 were also investigated.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of the catalyst were as follows:impregnation temperature 40℃,impregnation concentration 0.25 mol/L,impregnation time 6 h,calcination temperature 400℃and calcination time 3 h.When the hydrolysis temperature was 350℃,the degradation rate of Freon reached 98.43%.
