摘要
以Ti(SO4)2和库布齐沙漠沙为原料,制备了纳米二氧化钛包覆沙。以X射线衍射及氮气吸附-脱附分析对样品进行了表征,并测试了合成样品对刚果红的吸附性能。结果表明,制备的样品为二氧化钛与沙子的纳米复合物,其比表面积随二氧化钛含量的升高而增大,最高可达87.1 m 2/g。且该纳米复合物对刚果红的吸附性能与溶液酸碱度有关,吸附符合准二级吸附动力学模型以及Langmuir吸附等温式,为单分子层吸附,最大吸附量为246.3 mg/g。
Titanium dioxide coated sand was prepared from Ti(SO 4)2 and Kubuqi desert sand.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and nitrogen adsorption-desorption analysis.The adsorptive properties of the prepared samples for Congo red were tested under different reaction conditions.The results show that the prepared samples are nanocomposites of titanium dioxide and sand,and the specific surface area increases with the increase of titanium dioxide content,up to 87.1 m 2/g.The adsorption properties of the adsorbents depend on the acidity and alkalinity of the solution.The adsorption conforms to the quasi-second-order adsorption kinetics model and Langmuir adsorption isotherm.The maximum adsorption capacity is 246.3 mg/g.
