柚皮化学改性及其对Fe^3+ 、Zn^2+吸附性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用异丙醇和氢氧化钠对柚皮进行化学改性,发现其对Fe 3+和Zn 2+的吸附能力大大提高,而且经两种试剂处理后的柚皮,比单独用异丙醇处理的吸附性能更好。经异丙醇和氢氧化钠处理后的吸附剂对Zn 2+的吸附量随着Zn 2+浓度增大而增大,当Zn 2+浓度达到0.75×10-3 mol/L后趋于平衡;且对Fe 3+的吸附量也随Fe 3+浓度增大而增大,达到0.13×10-3 mol/L后,渐趋平衡。当吸附剂量达到0.08 g后,对Fe 3+的吸附效率趋于平衡。当吸附剂的量达到0.06 g后,对Zn 2+的吸附达到吸附平衡。由此,可以根据吸附后的金属离子浓度要求,选择合适的吸附剂量,这样既节约成本,又提高效率,且柚皮价格便宜,为绿色原料,对环境无污染。 The pomelo peel was chemically modified with isopropanol and sodium hydroxide,and its adsorption capacity for Fe 3+and Zn 2+after treatment was greatly improved,and the pomelo peel after treated with isopropanol and sodium hydroxide was more efficient than that treated with isopropanol only.The adsorption capacity of Zn 2+increased with the increase of Zn 2+concentration.When Zn 2+concentration reached 0.75×10-3 mol/L,it tends to balance.The adsorption amount of Fe 3+also varies with Fe 3+concentration,when concentration of Fe 3+was 0.13×10-3 mol/L to reach gradually balance.When the adsorption dose reaches 0.08 g,the adsorption efficiency of Fe 3+tends to balance,and the amount of adsorbent reaches 0.06 g.The adsorption efficiency of Zn 2+gradually decreases with the increase of the adsorption dose,and tends to balance.Therefore,according to the metal ion concentration requirement after adsorption,an appropriate adsorption amount can be selected,which not only saves cost but also improves efficiency,and the price of the pomelo peel is cheap,green raw material and has no pollution to the environment.
