摘要
针对目前较为落后的减振器活塞杆表面微裂纹的密度查数方式,利用基于LabVIEW机器视觉模块,开发出一款明显提升了微裂纹密度查数的速度与精度的自动化查数系统。大量的实践证明,此系统稳定可靠。
Aiming at the relatively backward density counting method of micro-cracks on the piston rod surface of shock absorber, an automatic counting system was developed based on LabVIEW machine vision module, by which the speed and precision of counting micro-cracks were improved greatly. A large number of practices prove that the system is stable and reliable.
