摘要
为确定往复泵液压平衡式发射装置气缸活塞跑位幅度与发射安全的关系,定量分析解决气缸活塞跑位故障,针对往复泵液压平衡式发射装置的结构原理和活塞跑位故障的发生原因,建立发射过程数学模型,运用Simulink建立仿真模型,实现了往复泵液压平衡式发射装置的内弹道仿真,通过比对结果,效果较为接近实际。利用模型针对不同跑位幅度,仿真确定活塞跑位位移与发射安全性的定量关系,分析故障发生时影响发射安全的主要原因,为合理解决活塞跑位故障提供了理论依据。
In order to confirm the relationship between launch safeness and piston slippage move and remove the failure by the piston slippage move,the working principle of reciprocating hydraulic balanced launcher and the cause of the piston slippage move were analyzed.The mathematic model was established and simulation model was established with Simulink to realize trajectory mathematical simulation of reciprocating hydraulic balanced launcher.By comparing the result,the effect was more near practice.To different piston slippage moving distance,the model was used to make quantitative analysis of the relationship between launch safeness and piston slippage move.Analysis was conducted on the reason affecting the launching safeness.It provides a theoretical basis for appropriately removing the failure by the piston slippage move.
