摘要
以转子动力学理论为基础探究高速高压轴向柱塞泵轴承转子系统转动性能。将轴向柱塞泵轴承转子系统组件作为研究对象,搭建转子系统模型,构建转子系统集总参数模型,采用有限元方法分析液压泵转子系统临界转速,最终给出转动组件设计意见。研究结果为探究轴向柱塞泵振动机制,进而实现精准振动控制提供参考。
Based on the theory of rotor dynamics, the rotational performance of bearing rotor system of high-speed and high-pressure axial piston pump was studied. The bearing rotor system component of axial piston pump was taken as the research object, the rotor system model was built, the lumped parameter model of the rotor system was built, and the critical speed of the hydraulic pump rotor system was analyzed by finite element method. Finally, the design opinion for rotating components was given. The research results provide reference for exploring the vibration mechanism of axial piston pump and realizing precise vibration control.
