“一带一路”倡议为高等教育发展提供了新契机。运用SWOT战略分析法对高等教育的内部条件和外部环境进行综合分析,明确高等教育发展的内部优劣势及“一带一路”带来的机遇和威胁。基于此,秉持发挥优势、抓住机会、扭转劣势、战胜威胁的原则,不断对高等教育进行改革。深化产教融合,强化对外交流工作;完善大学制度,打造教师共同体;开展高校合作,实施教育援助计划;创新人才培养,鼓励学生创新创业应成为“一带一路”倡议下高等教育战略发展路径建构的新尝试。

The“Belt and Road”initiative provides a new opportunity for the development of higher education.The internal conditions and external environment of education are analyzed by SWOT strategy analysis,identify the advantages and disadvantages of education development and the opportunities and threats brought by the“Belt and Road”initiative.Based on this,we will continue to reform education with the principle of giving full play to the advantages,seizing the opportunity,reversing the disadvantages and overcoming the threat.We will deepen the integration of production and education,and strengthen foreign exchanges.We will also improve the university system and build a community of teachers;carry out university cooperation,implement education assistance program.Innovative talents training and encouraging students to innovate should be a new attempt to construct the strategy development path of the strategic development of higher education under the"Belt and Road"initiative.
