开窗减压术治疗77例口腔颌面部囊肿患者的临床研究

目的探讨口腔颌面部囊肿使用开窗减压术进行治疗的效果。方法采用选择我院2018年3月~2019年3月收治的153例患者,随机分组;对照组(n=76)采用常规处理,观察组(n=77)采用开窗减压术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、SF-36评分及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组整体疗效、总有效率优(Z=-6.200,P=0.000;χ^2 =4.608,P=0.032)。治疗后,SF-36评分升高(t=-5.457,P=0.000;t=-2.983,P=0.003);观察组SF-36评分(96.51±19.33)分,显著高于对照组的(90.27±19.81)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.193,P=0.000)。观察组术后并发症低于对照组(χ^2 =6.847,P=0.009)。结论开窗减压术可有效摘除口腔颌面部囊肿,改善生活质量,并发症少,临床整体疗效好。

Objective To investigate the effect of treatment of oral and maxillofacial cyst by marsupialization.Methods A total of 153 patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly assigned.The control group(n=76)was given conventional treatment,and the observation group(n=77)was treated with marsupialization.The clinical efficacy,SF-36 scores and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The overall curative effect and total effective rate in the observation group were superior(Z=-6.200,P=0.000;χ^2 =4.608,P=0.032).The SF-36 scores were increased after treatment(t=-5.457,P=0.000;t=-2.983,P=0.003);the SF-36 scores in the observation group were(96.51±19.33)points,which were significantly higher than(90.27±19.81)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.193,P=0.000).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ^2 =6.847,P=0.009).Conclusion Marsupialization can effectively remove the oral and maxillofacial cyst and improve the quality of life,with fewer complications and good overall clinical efficacy.
