摘要
目的探讨睑板腺按摩护理干预在睑板腺功能障碍(meibomain gland dysfunction,MGD)性干眼中的干预效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年5月就诊于我院的216例MGD性干眼患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各108例。对照组行常规治疗和护理,观察组在其基础上给予睑板腺按摩护理干预,对比两组的干预效果。结果两组治疗前BUT、FLS和LMS指标对比无明显变化(P>0.05);两组治疗后BUT、FLS和LMS指标均有所改善(P<0.05);观察组BUT、FLS和LMS指标评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在MGD性干眼中采用睑板腺按摩护理干预可有效改善患者泪膜、睑板腺和眼表,提高临床疗效和患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the interventional effect of meibomian gland massage nursing intervention on the dry eye with meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD).Methods A total of 216 patients with MGD dry eye admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 108 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing and the observation group was given meibomian gland massage nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The interventional effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in BUT,FLS and LMS between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,BUT,FLS and LMS indices of both groups were improved(P<0.05),and the BUT,FLS and LMS scores of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of meibomian gland massage nursing intervention in the MGD dry eye can effectively improve the tear film,meibomian gland and ocular surface of patients,improve clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction,thereby worthy of application.
