“拔尖计划”背景下在校满意度与学习效果关系研究——基于学习行为投入的中介效应 被引量:1

摘要 目前,我国高等教育大众化进程不断深入,高等教育的规模日渐庞大,高等教育发展的重心已从体量扩张转移到质量的提升,高等教育内涵式发展逐渐成为政府和社会关注的难点和热点问题,而本科教育质量评估是监督和保障高等教育质量不断提升的关键举措和重要环节。随着“以生为本”教育理念的回归和强化,本科教育质量评估越来越关注学生的学习效果,测量与评价大学生的学习与发展成为本科教育质量评估的核心工作,大学生学情调查研究在国内迅速兴起。学生的学习效果与学生对高校提供的生活和学习环境的综合体验以及学生自身学习投入的状态密切相关,为了改进高校教育教学质量,促进高校学生学习效果的提高,高校必须从查找和分析影响学生学习与发展的因素入手,深入探究其影响机制,从而构建出能够有效提高学生学习效果的途径。基于2015年和2018年L大学C学院“中国大学生学习与发展追踪研究”(CCSS)问卷调查的全样本数据,文章建构了在校满意度与学习行为投入和学习效果之间的关系模型,得出结论:良好的在校体验增加学习行为投入;较高的学习行为投入保证学习效果的良性发展;学习效果在横向比较中表现较好;培养学生潜能突出,更快地促进“拔尖计划”2.0版的实施。 With the increasingly popularization of higher education in China,the developmental process has shifted from volume expansion to quality improvement.The connotation development of higher education has gradually become a difficult and hot issue of concern to the government and society.With the regression of the"student-oriented"principle,undergraduate education quality assessment pays more and more attention to the learning effect of students,which is closely related to students'comprehensive experience of the living and learning environment provided by colleges and universities as well as the state of their own learning input.In order to improve the quality of education and teaching in colleges and universities and promote the improvement of the learning effect of college students,colleges and universities must explore and analyze the influential factors and mechanism that affect the learning and development of students,so as to construct a way to effectively improve their learning effect.Based on the full sample data of the 2015 and 2018"China University Students'Learning and Development Tracking Research"(CCSS)questionnaire survey conducted by C College of L University,this paper constructs a model of the relationship between school satisfaction,learning behavior input and learning effect,and draws the conclusion that good school experience increases learning behavior input,and higher input in learning behavior ensures the healthy development of learning effect,which is better in horizontal comparison.It is urgent to stimulate students'outstanding potential to accelerate the implementation of version 2.0 of"Top-Students Program".
