SWOT Analysis and Improvement Strategy for Disinfection Supply Center in a Dermatology Specialized Hospital

目的运用SWOT分析法对某皮肤病专科医院消毒供应中心现状进行分析并制定针对性的改进策略。方法根据专科医院CSSD的具体情况,分别从优势S、劣势W、机会O、威胁T四方面进行分析,并制定相应的整改措施。结果通过制定整改措施,CSSD的工作效率、器械清洗质量指标等都有了进一步提升。结论运用SWOT分析法后,进一步规范和完善了CSSD各环节工作流程,提高了科室整体的专业能力和科研水平,对专科医院CSSD的可持续发展有较好的推动作用。

Objective To analyze the current situation of disinfection supply center in a dermatological hospital by SWOT analysis method and formulate pertinent improvement strategies.Methods According to the specific situation of CSSD in special hospitals,the advantages S,disadvantages W,opportunities O and threats T were analyzed,and the corresponding corrective measures were formulated.Result Throughdrawing upcorrective measures,the efficiency of CSSD,equipment cleaning quality indicators and so on have been further improved.Conclusion After using SWOT analysis method,the work flow of each link of CSSD is further standardized and perfected,the professional ability and scientific research level of the Department are improved,and the sustainable development of CSSD in specialized hospitals is promoted.
