Exploration of the Talents Training Reform in Computer Majors under the Background of New Engineering

针对新工科建设背景下计算机专业人才培养教育面临的一系列问题,如人才培养目标不明确、知识结构单一、解决复杂问题能力较差等,探讨了新工科建设背景下计算机专业人才培养要求,提出了以OBE(成果导向教育)理念为指导,结合工程专业教育认证和计算机类专业教学质量国家标准的要求,介绍了新工科建设背景下计算机专业人才培养的思路及组织实施情况。

In view of a series of problems such as undefined talent cultivation objective,singular knowledge structure,poor ability to solve complex problems confronted by talents training of computer majors under the background of new engineering.This paper probes into the talent training requirements of computer majors under the background of new engineering,and puts forward guided by the concept of OBE (Outcomes-based Education).Combined with the requirements of engineering education accreditation and national standards for undergraduate programs of computer majors,this paper also introduces thoughts and implementation of talents training of computer majors under the background of new engineering.
